Job
Overview: The
Accounts Clerk will work hand in hand with Senior Management at our client`s
premises to deliver the finance function to the said client. You will be
working with a client on a long term basis so that you can build a steady and
healthy relationship with them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Inputting Invoices and Sales Orders
- Chasing debtors & paying creditors
- Conducting Bank reconciliations.
- Administrative duties such as filing, scanning,
organizing etc…
- Any other duties which may deem necessary from time to
time.

- Planning & Time Management Skills
- Accuracy & Attention to Detail
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and is flexible to
meet changing deadlines.
Requirements:
- A`level Standard of Accounting Education or Similar.
- Excellent written and oral proficiency in both English
& Maltese
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in a similar role will be considered as an
asset.
