Our client, a group of companies in various industries, is looking for a partly qualified accountant to join their team with immediate effect.

The role of the Partly Qualified Accountant is a key management role influencing both strategic and operational activities reporting directly to the Director.

Responsibilities:

• Timely & Accurate Reporting
• Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
• Budget Developments & Reviews
• Broad based business and financial control and analysis
• Being proactive when it comes to company growth and maximisation of profitability
• Overseeing a team of 3 in the accounts department

Requirements:

• In the final stages of your ACCA qualification
• Previous experience is HIGHLY considered as an asset, but not a must as training will be provided by our Senior Management Accountant
• Fluency in Maltese & English
• Strong knowledge of computerised accounts and general accounting concepts
• Must be driven, self-starting and accountable for their actions
