Job Title:                Accounts Clerk

Reporting To:       Senior Accounts Manager

Job Overview:      The Accounts Clerk will work hand in hand with Senior Management at our client`s premises to deliver the finance function to the said client. You will be working with a client on a long term basis so that you can build a steady and healthy relationship with them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Inputting Invoices and Sales Orders
  • Chasing debtors & paying creditors
  • Conducting Bank reconciliations.
  • Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, organizing etc…
  • Any other duties which may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and is flexible to meet changing deadlines.

Requirements:

  • A`level Standard of Accounting Education or Similar.
  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in both English & Maltese
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a similar role will be considered as an asset.
