The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts.
• Completion and submission of VAT and Tax returns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency or improve internal control.
• Be responsible for a portfolio of clients and your team working there.
• Providing continuous training, guidance and support towards your team members.

Requirements for the role:

• The ideal candidate must be fully qualified although partly qualified accountants will be considered.
• Fluency in both Maltese & English is a must.
• Ideally 5 years business experience in a similar role.
• Strong initiative, problem solving, and interpersonal skills, plus an orientation toward continuous improvement are required.
