After submitting the application, Malta Enterprise, in fact, proceed to issue a tax credit certificate, which can be availed for a period of between 3 to 5 years, against the tax due on the profits of the business for those years.

When it comes to the manufacturing sector, Malta Enterprise encourages this industry and in fact provides the Investment Aid Tax Credit scheme as well as attractive rents for the leasing and allocation of factory space in Malta.
