In delivering this service we assist our clients by providing outsourced personnel in the field of:

• Accountancy and Finance such as accounts clerks, accounts executives, accountants, finance managers.
• HR and Payroll such as payroll clerks, payroll managers, hr assistants, hr and payroll managers.
• Data Input Clerks and Administrators.
• Secretarial and Managerial Roles such as secretaries, receptionists, personal assistants to the directors.
• Administration Roles such as administration clerks, administration executives, administration managers, shop assistants, shop managers, factory assistants and factory managers.
• Banking such as banking clerks, banking assistants, due diligence personnel.

We offer our already employed staff, on a full or part time basis, to our clients in return for a fixed monthly retainer fee, and this includes limited or extensive supervision of the staff members as required from our senior management team. We work, hand in hand, with our clients to provide the best suited candidate for the vacant position. The client is assured of continuity in the provision of personnel, because we will always have staff available for any role or for the replacement of such personnel in case of any unplanned eventuality. Our clients also have the peace of mind in terms of control and supervision of the member’s expected output, sick and leave entitlements. This enables them to have more time to focus on the core operations and competences of their business, which can channel further growth and organisational effectiveness. The client has no recruitment costs and does not need to engage any HR expert to recruit such staff, because we handle all of this, and we provide the employee immediately, enabling the client to fill the role in a shorter span of time and without worry. We also train our staff on the job, by means of our senior qualified managers, and/or during our Ennesse Academy where all our staff members can attend practical lectures outside of office hours to help them out on the job and to help them drive their career fast forward.
