Administration Officer

We are on the search for a true superstar that can take on the role of Administration Officer within our team.

You will be responsible to support our daily office procedures and act as a point of contact for all employees by providing administrative support and managing their queries.

Your daily duties will include, the preparing and managing of correspondence, reports and documents, handling of incoming emails, mail and other material, inputting data to company systems, preparing and processing purchase orders, acting as a receptionist, when required and performing other ad-hoc tasks as may be required from time to time.

To be suitable for this role you will require a minimum O’ level standard of education, knowledge of MS Applications and database management as well as fluency in both Maltese & English.

Previous working experience although not necessary will be considered an asset.
